Growing up, hearing my parents call me that instead of Malory (my real name) meant I was pushing boundaries again. Today, it's the name I've proudly chosen for the business that brings my childhood dreams to life.
I was that kid with travel books under my bed, making vision boards of places I'd visit "someday." Photography wasn't just something I enjoyed… it felt like how I was meant to see the world. But like many of us, I ended up taking the safe route instead.

The corporate job came with a steady paycheck and a slowly fading spirit. My health started sending signals my heart had been trying to for years “this isn't your path.”
One day, I finally listened to that little girl who knew exactly what we were supposed to become. The one who promised we'd travel, create, and build something real from the things we loved.

Studio Tarcela is what happens when you finally trust your oldest instincts.
Today, I capture beautiful spaces that tell honest stories hotels, vacation rentals, and destinations created with genuine care. 
Every project is my way of making good on that childhood promise and making my younger self feel safe + proud.
